Manager - Business Development - Outdoor Media (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Purpose of the Role:
1. Owning the vision of the management
2. Build strong relationship with Corporate and Retail Clients
3. Adinn Brand Building in the market
4. Responsible for Marketing and Selling Outdoor Advertising Products
1. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell outdoor advertising services.
2. Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships with them.
3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
4. Collaborate with the operation team to give compelling Outdoor Media Plan and Advertising campaigns to the clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
8. Stay updated on competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns
- A minimum of 3 Years experience in Business Development of Outdoor Media.
- Salary / Increase in Salary is not a constraint for a able candidate. We can consider 25-30% increase from existing package.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in business development and marketing, with a specific focus on outdoor advertising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A strategic mindset, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also desirable qualities for this role.
(I) Business/Industry Knowledge:
1. Ability to handle and convince the Corporate Decision Makers
2. Able to handle B to B Clients
3. Strong Knowledge on Outdoor Media
4. Knowledge of market trends and best practices.
(II) Technical Knowledge:
1. Basic knowledge of different medias
2. Basic knowledge in documentation and analytics
3. Basic knowledge on designing will be added advantage
