Key Responsibilities :

- As part of the business development team, you will focus on growing our subscription base, and drive demand generation and adoption via grassroots communities and distribution channels as we rapidly expand and grow our consumer base United States.

- Ensure subscription grows in USA by identifying and building non digital channel of sales

- Connect with Indian Communities across the region and build affiliate networks

- Work with cross functional teams to covert ideas to high performing distribution and advocacy networks that drive companies awareness adoption and usage

- Work with brand managers to plan and deliver - below the line- promotional, educational and trial programs to enhance customer acquisition

What to bring :

- 4+ years of Work Experience in building FMCG brands sales, distribution and retail networks in USA.

- Hunter mind set, Love selling, self-driven and thrive under pressure.

- Demonstrated experience in building brand presence and working on complex projects independently

- Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the org

- Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit

- Presently located in USA. Work Location (NYC, Texas, SF) 3 open positions.

- Strong sales experience and network and inroads in Indian community.
