MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: Sales/ Business Development of Grocery, Daily Essentials in MSME/ SMB domain. Should be currently in Internet/ E-Commerce organization handling similar profile. FMCG/ Payment Gateway experience is desired.
NOT LOOKING FOR: Non-grocery sales
TENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop new business in MSME/ SMB Grocery domain
- Manage cross functional strategic partnerships and operations
- Lead business development and account management with sellers
- Lead new initiatives and influence partners/ sellers
- Manage criterion to build selections, essentials, order value, POS, profitability KPIs, marketing and promotions, technical systems integration, etc.
- Expand and onboard new partners in new geographic areas, categories while partnering with cross functional teams including operations, stakeholders, etc.
- Develop new business and create proposals
