Job Description :

Generate new BTL Business


- Should have connects with leading 5 star hotels


- Be a part of the creative team in visualizing and developing the concept or theme as per the requirement


- Research and keep abreast of industry trends, innovations and new technologies / themes / designs


- Create and deliver pitch presentations


- Meet/exceed client's expectations in terms of responsiveness, timeliness, quality and follow up Skills Required


- Proven track record of generating new business & client retention


- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills


- Effective relationship management and strong interpersonal effectiveness


- Effective time management, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Candidate Profile :

1. Existing client/industry relationships are a must.


2. Minimum 2 - 8 years of experience depending on the position. Manager profile includes team management experience.


3. A pleasant personality who is self-motivated and driven.


4. Good Communication (verbal & written), interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.


5. Focused, result oriented and well-connected individual capable of converting meaningful leads into lasting business revenues.


6. Ability to Understand and build a business relationship with marketing professionals.


7. Should be well-versed with the pitching process & strategic planning required to win new accounts.


8. Capable of working with cross-functional teams based out of different locations.


Experience - Individuals with MINIMUM 2 years of BD experience from Media/event industry.


Salary - Best in industry .
