Manager - Business Development - Learning/Training & Development Services (8-12 yrs)
We are looking to hire BDM for a top brand providing Learning, Training, and Development services for employees.
This person will maintain a relationship with B2B corporate clients and will sell Learning, Training, and Development services for their employees, which results in upskilling, and re-skilling the employees.
Major KRA's are mentioned below:
- Identifying- new- clients- and- lead- generation- on a constant basis.
- Developing- business- by- acquiring- new- clients.
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume.
- Generate- leads- via- Phone,- LinkedIn,- Internet- Research,- Events- and conferences.
- Coordination with delivery and operations teams to ensure the client's requirements are addressed.
Preferences:
- Any candidate selling products like HR technologies,HR services,Staffing services,HR Payroll products or any Tech or Saas products to HR and key decision makers will preferred.
