Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver on sales plans for mass market customers.
- Provide strong leadership to sales operations staff.

- Responsible for new business acquisition and development.
- Ensure effective decision-making related to profitability and cost control.
- Close deals and manage payment collections from customers.
- Conduct weekly reviews and maintain customer relations.
