Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end presales process including requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposal creation, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, senior business stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal delivery, technical, and leadership teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches showcasing company capabilities.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in networking events, client meetings, industry conferences, and field travel to enhance business visibility.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and deep understanding of service offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of the IT/Software Services domain.
- Demonstrated success in Presales and Business Development roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of initiative, ownership, and goal orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM, lead-generation tools, and outbound outreach strategies.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with measurable results.
- Willingness to travel and engage with senior business stakeholders as needed.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Exposure to technology consulting or IT staffing services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery models.
- Experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategies.
