A Leading and a decade old global IT consulting and staffing services Company offering Information technology &amp; engineering specific services, strategic outsourcing, and integration services through a unique on-site, off-site delivery model requires a and the responsibilities include Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Consulting/Staffing Service - Mumbai - Andheri East Job Responsibilities : - Acquiring and Managing new accounts for the assigned countries (UK/Europe/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/South Africa) within IT Staffing space. - Generating Sales leads with high end potential accounts and taking the complete accountability to complete the sales cycle in acquiring new accounts in the international market - Coordinate with the Delivery Managers to ensure the IT staffing needs of the accounts are addressed &amp; at the same time maintaining the client relations - Managing the existing accounts by strategizing additional opportunities within the existing account and increasing the revenue of the existing account Key Skills: - Established strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through various modes of networking - Created new business opportunities and strengthened existing client partnerships in IT Staffing Sales in countries like UK/Europe/Australia/USA/Canada/South Africa Mandatory: - Focused and goal-oriented with strong communication skills - Must have international experience in acquiring contract/ permanent IT staffing business - Participated in various Request For Information / Request For Proposal process - See for candidates who from the start of their career till date are into IT Staffing sales (No channel sales, software sales, enterprise sales, solution sales) - Should not be a job hopper, should be stable at each job for atleast 3 years - Should have generated 4 Million $ - 5 Million $ business (No Government Clients) If he has more of delivery experience, than he would not be relevant for this role Industry: IT Staffing Industry Gender: Open Experience: Total Experience: 8 - 10 years Relevant Experience: 7 - 8 years Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday Off) Reporting to: Business Head Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate CTC: 12 - 14 LPA Notice Period: 30 to 40 days only Relocation candidates: yes
