Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office, 6 days a week) CTC: 8 to 10 Lakhs Experience: 5+ years Position: Manager Business Development / Inside Sales (Domestic) Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for driving business development activities across India & acquiring clients for the company's services offerings as per the business plan Key Responsibilities: - Lead generation via multiple channels - digital, partner-led and direct call - To create, manage marketing campaigns - Developing prospect database - Capturing needs and building proposals - Negotiating and closing the deals - Market research Qualification: - Bachelor's (or) Master's Degree (Marketing, Business Administration would be added preference) - 5+years' experience in sales & marketing of Software & Business Process Management Services - Experience of selling in domestic markets - Experience in designing proposal/ RFPs as per requirements & presenting to prospective clients - Fluency in spoken and written English is a must - Expert in handling social media tools
