Business development manager with range from 3 to 4 yrs of experience for our South India Operations.

Must have following abilities:

Strategic planning

Territory Management

New Account Development

Relationship Building

Presentations & Proposals

Closing Strategies

Business development

Lead Qualification

Achieving targeted territorial growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's marketing plan.

Observing competitor schemes and preparing new schemes as our needs.

Successfully introducing new products and services across a sales territory.

Conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Collecting and analyzing market information.

To get the business with new construction projects like commercial, Residential, hospitality, Institutional, Industrial, Infrastructure and other Government Projects.

Must be having good relationships with many architectures, builders, construction consultants, cement and Government organizations.

Prepare field planning, update daily report to effectively plan for daily sales activities.

Visit the client's site for collecting requirements and giving presentations/quotations.

Preparing tender files, documentation and actively participate in tendering process.

Interact with site team, organizing requisite documentation.

Coordinate with technical team, prepare quotations, reports and price negotiations.

Cold calling, lead generates, demonstration, customer follow up, payment collection.

To responsible for new business, market research and analysis, site surveys, visits.

Responsible for selling, closing, servicing and expanding the current customer base with in an assigned territory.

Preparing monthly and quarterly plans regular.

Should be:

Acumen in completing task in specified time.

Self-motivated, Quick learner, willing to adapt to new challenges.

Computer proficient in MS Office. AUTO CAD knowledge will be an added advantage
