Manager - Business Development/Fundraising - CSR (6-8 yrs)
Essential Attributes:
1. Minimum 6 years of work experience in B2B concept sales in corporates.
2. Should be at least a graduate/MBA
3. Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Develop growth strategies and plans for CF
2. Business generation from B2B sales
3. Complete sales management- Lead generation, need identification & creation, presentation, proposal, and negotiation to closure.
4. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients under the CSR vertical and ensure upselling and cross selling
5. Write business proposals
6. Negotiate with stakeholders
7. Identify & map business strengths and customer needs
8. Search business opportunities with viable income & increase the client base.
9. Draft and review contracts
10. Report successes and improvement areas
