Experience:
- 8-10 years of proven track record in marketing/sales/ business development experience in FMCG food and beverage industry. Experience with Dairy is a plus.
- Consumer marketing and promotion experience with new launches
- Knowledge of and ability to commercialize advanced technical concepts in the consumer goods industry Working knowledge of consumer-packaged goods industry, retail channels and account specific sales incentive experience required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to contribute as an individual contributor, while working in a matrix organization.
- Team Player with good interpersonal and networking skills to collaborate effectively across the South Asia Region and with the Global Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong solutions orientation and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use digital tools/information to identify and define consumer and marketplace opportunities
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Tech/ Bachelor degree in Dairy or Food Technologist with an MBA degree from a reputed Business School.
