- Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector.

- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
- Leverage insights to craft customized pitches and proposals.
- Sales & Revenue Goals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Networking
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company and forge valuable relationships.
- Client Servicing
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial briefing to final execution.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, production, and logistics.
- Convert client briefs into actionable and high-quality project plans.
- Issue Resolution
- Respond promptly to client concerns and ensure resolution without compromising on service quality.
- Upselling & Retention
- Implement retention strategies to drive repeat business.
- Identify upselling opportunities that align with client needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4-6 years in business development and/or client servicing, ideally within events, exhibitions, or corporate hospitality.
- Proven track record of managing high-value clients and successful event deliveries.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Confidence in pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- A solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
