We are looking for Manager (BD) - Events & Exhibitions for WFH for Bangalore location

1) Client - Leading performance mktg & Event company

2) Role - Manager ( BD)- Events

3) Experience: 4- 6 years in selling events/ Exhibitions/ Conferences / MICE sales/ Publication sales

5) Location - Bangalore( WFH)

THE JD is as follows: 

- We are Looking for Young, Dynamic and Energetic Business Development Manager to Be Part of Our Growing Marketing Division. Must Be Able to Drive in Leads and Convert Them Into Sales.

- Handle and Close Delegate Inquires for all Events

- Lead Generation and Follow Up On Existing Leads

- Respond to Client Enquiries, Attend Client Meetings, Map Client Requirements

- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Goals Measured Against Recurring Revenue

- Prepare and Deliver Presentations, Solutions Recommendations to the Clients be the Point of Contact for the Client from Start to End of the Event

- Selling events/ Exhibitions/ Virtual conferences

- Thorough financial management for MICE operations to maximize revenue.

- To monitor and report on the local and national market and competitors.

- To establish and manage sales systems ensuring details of all client enquiries, profiles, their requirements and interests, and relevant sales activity are kept up to date.

- To assist the conference team in the delivery of conference activity, where additional support is needed.

- Goal-oriented, organized team player

- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Self-motivated and self-directed
