Manager - Business Development - Electric Bus Business (3-10 yrs)
Description
- Develop financing models for Electric Bus business
- Develop a relationship with various Bus OEMs
- Work on developing strategic partners for promoting the business
- Participation in STU tenders
- Forge relationship with STUs for influencing specifications
- Develop a relationship with Key operators in the country for partnering
- Develop and implement a strategy for developing business and achieving sales targets
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Manage and improve on the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales to funnel management, and provide accurate sales forecasting for demand planning
- Hiring, training and regular progress auditing
- Define and oversee incentive programs that enable staff to achieve their potential
- Manage the relationship with internal teams like product, legal, finance and operations teams
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure that the right OEMs are partnered with
- Participate in market forums
- Utilize EMA to help influence policies

2. Identify, quantify, and manage risks, and ensure that opportunities are identified and pursued, captured, analyzed, share suggestions
3. Handle multiple projects simultaneously
4. To work cross-functionally and influence others through strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
