Manager - Business Development/eCommerce Sales - B2C Segment - Logistics Firm (3-6 yrs)
Job Summary :
Logistics Sales Representatives develop and maintain client relationships by developing effective ways to transport customers' freight utilizing Logistics' services. This role serves in a sales capacity and communicates with both customer and carrier contacts
Responsibilities and Duties :
Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
1. Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
2. Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
3. Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient.
4. Identify potential customers and register opportunities in Orient; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
5. Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
6. Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
7. Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
8. Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
9. Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
10. Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
11. Follow up with clients for out standing supported by the Finance Controller.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience- 2-5 Yrs
Qualification- Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate
