Manager - Business Development - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
You will be responsible for :
- Conducting market research and lead generation for relevant categories
- Driving revenue growth of relevant consumer product categories
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
The Profile :
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree from a reputed institution.
- You have at least 1 years of experience within a B2C sales/account management, ideally within the Ecommerce industry.
- You possess excellent presentation, interpersonal as well as great communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive key projects
