This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Business Development Manager who is aspiring to move into a hands on management role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop Recruitment sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets in to IT industry

- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.

- Maximise your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.

- Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc).

- Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.

- Hunting new clients and closing on the deals.

Skills Required :

- At last 8 years experience in to business development role or IT Outsourcing sales environment.

- Solid history and network of proven recruitment clients across the India.

- Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!

- Ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work on own with limited supervision

- Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.
