Business Development Manager - Mumbai (Andheri East)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Overall Purpose of the Job : - The product is a B2B product catering to the corporate sector.
- The incumbent shall be directly responsible for:
- Selling such a product to various target verticals.
- Maintaining relationship and growing our business with existing clients.
- The BDM's performance will be measured by his (her) achievement of gross margin sales, as well as business/market development progresses and other KPIs.
- The BDM shall also build up the Company's brand equity and - top-of- the-mind- positions in the region and among the assigned industry sectors.
Specific Responsibilities : - Achieve assigned sales targets in designated region/industry. Ensure the Company's dominant. position in the Corporate and Premium market.
- Develop and nurture relationship with key personnel of target account at multiple levels.
- Build up the Company's brand equity and - top-of- the-mind- positions in the region and among the assigned industry sectors.
- Monitor the market's key trends to capture major new business opportunities. Understands competition. Builds up strong industry knowledge and expertise.
- Work closely with the partnership and Operations Department to develop business solutions and turn pipelines into deliverable business.
- Maintain zero account attrition or 100% renewal rate.
- Drive client communications with their customers, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients- expectations.
- Manage to ensure favorable contractual and commercial terms.
- Meet accounts receivable targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly and within agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.
