( Currently Remote after some months job location will be banglore ).
S Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).
Must have : Experience with customers from North America, Europe or Australia.
5+ years ( End to end sales ).
- Excellent communication skills, Experience in sales engineering or solution engineering role, Experience in Technical product demonstrations, Proficient in using CRM software and various sales tools.
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based solutions and new technology trends, Must have handled global market, Cloud Sales & Tech Experience, Should be from SaaS or technical background.
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the cloud computing space.
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
- Sales Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, track team performance metrics, and provide regular coaching and feedback to sales team members.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient lead management, and timely deal closure.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud market, identifying new opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experience and product development.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights into team performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
