Business Development Manager - Oil, Paint, Chemical Industry
General:
Experience: 5 to 8 years in marketing field. (Desirable in Oil, paint, chemical industry)
Location: India (Delhi)
Field of work:
New business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Develop and grow strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally with Japanese OEM.
Basic Skill Set:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Good communication skills in English, (Spoken and Written)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Functional Skill Set:
- Approach new and existing Japanese customers and create new business
- Contribute to revenue / Volume growth of Automotive Japanese OEM Account.
- Preparations of quotations and RFQs.
- Communication with Japanese Head Quarter of OEM and PPG organization
- Active customer visits and meetings with Japanese key stake holder at customer.
- Communicate with customers and network partners
- Joint customer visits and customer events with the GM/MD.
- Monthly reporting.
