Business Development Planning - Undertake market mapping - Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. - Identify opportunities for new sourcing channels that will lead to an increase in sales. - Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. New Business Development - Source and fulfil new leads for leasing and VAS - Work extensively with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for sourcing of leads - Ability to understand and evaluate basic business risks associated with the proponent and monitoring and Collection skills - Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. - Participate in pricing the solution/service. - Leverage the technology built for enhancing customer experience and faster turnaround time to close a transaction Other qualities : - Integrity, honesty and high level of ethics - High energy and enthusiasm - Good command over financial numbers and explanation of financial benefits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Team player Education : - B.Com/M.Com preferable. Any other graduation is also acceptable. - MBA in marketing or finance preferable - 2 to 10 years- combined experience in one or more of the following areas: sales of loan, lease or equipment financing
