Key Responsibilities - Develop a strong understanding of the services offered by the Professional Networking Platform - Benchmark the platform's with competition and suggest improvements. - Research market requirements and inform tech team on upgrades/services required. - Meet prospective corporate clients and pitch the product/service features. - Generate viable leads and lead the process from pitch to contract closure. - Network with all stakeholders - Clients, End Users, and Internal team to strategize the delivery capability as per market need. - Explore business partnerships with various organizations. - Develop a sticky client base while improving revenues. - Segregate clients into customer categories and develop metrics and KPI to track client ROI. - Supports the core team for business development milestones and prepare budgets, business models etc. Requirements - 4 to 5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role - Proven sales track record - Experience in customer support is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) - Proficiency in English - Market knowledge - Communication and negotiation skills - Time management and planning skills - Masters in business administration, sales or relevant field
