1. Achieving new customer acquisition target and market scanning & to implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
2. Improving the overall customer relationship, Increase/maximize business potential, delivering reliable administrative support, resolution, and customer satisfaction. Plan promotional activities including seminars, cross enterprise selling programs and road shows and build strong relationships with the "end users" along with the Corporate FPR's to increase profitability
3.Identify and Increase Cross Sell opportunity and Income, achieve target of Fresh & Insurance Renewal, Personal Loan , POC , Lap and Housing etc
4. Learning & development on Product and process for performance enhancement to achieve established sales and market share goals, product knowledge about the leasing & other financial product.
