Delhivery - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
- Acquisition of new businesses ensuring profitability to meet budgeted margins
- Identify, profile, build and close large enterprise deals for integrated logistics and warehousing
- Identifying opportunities with market know-how/ meeting new customers to broaden the opportunity list and developing new customers
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Sales goals and developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term growth
- Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region.
- Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers
- Building & maintaining relationships within senior management at customer's business who can facilitate decision making & actions needed to achieve the required results
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client& long-term goals.
- Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products
- Actively work/support on the customized solution design for E2E requirement
- Should have exposure to new age technologies to drive the meaningful conversation with client in Auto domain
- Work with the solution team to develop relevant new solutions for the market by providing market intelligence and customer needs inputs
- Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials\
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have 5+ yrs experience in Logistics / SCM BD Role preferably with 3PL companies
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, good negotiation & coordination, market intelligence, generate business enquiries, expanding sales & ensuring profitability of the company
- Sound knowledge in warehouse / Distribution of different verticals
