Position - Manager
Job Role - Business Development - Advertising
- Sourcing campaigns right from lead identification to interaction, ideation, planning, conceptualizing to the execution stage.
Responsibilities :
- Engaging with Pharma, Media agencies and potential advertisers for scoping the requirements from an overall Campaign/Concept perspective
- Proposal Development and Presentations to key decision makers about organisation platform capabilities
- Devising market strategies and executing the same for Client's Brand Growth using platform and off-platform monetizable assets
- Revenue generation and revenue enhancement on a regular ongoing basis
- Client retention and re-engagement
- Client Management and campaign wise Analytics, KPIs and Data Management
- Drawing insights from current campaigns and platform capabilities and derive ways to effectively increase programKPIs and ROIs
- Providing actionable insights on Ad performance metrics for optimizing campaigns in real-time
- Weekly and monthly internal stakeholders- presentations on media strategies
- Generate out-of-box ideas for revenue generation and drive targets effectively
The ideal candidate :
- Mix of Marketing and Promotional experience
- Strong process orientation, ability to find efficient solutions to problems
- High bias for action required
- Directly handled major B2B clients and campaigns in the past
- Have a past sales / business development background
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- 2-5 years of work media agency, digital marketing, healthcare/pharma experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience of Business Development/Campaign Management a must
