New Client Acquisition:
- Client prospecting, cold calling and identification of business opportunity
- Researching on specific industry verticals and identification of potential clients based on their hiring plans - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify decision makers within the client organization.
- making client pitches, proposal writing after understanding client needs & meeting client decision makers
- Solutions selling and deal closing including pricing negotiations
Client Retention:
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with delivery team and other internal colleagues to identify and meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Account mining and re-activating dormant accounts and ensuring repeated business
Research & reporting:
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Being updated on market trends and new product / service introduction / usage specific to industry verticals
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the client organisation's people and capabilities
Research on new projects:
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met .
- Track and record activity on accounts .
Education :- Bachelors degree / MBA degree with alteast 5 years of experience in a similar role.
