Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, and develop strategies to expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion into new business.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products/services and value proposition.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate the company's offerings.
Collaboration and Internal Alignment:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development activities with overall company objectives.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, progress, and forecasts.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including leads, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Experience in SEO
- Knowledge of specific sales methodologies.
- Existing network of contacts in the target market
