Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings (both in-person and virtual) with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.

- Product/Service Pitching: Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to address their specific needs and demonstrating a clear understanding of their business.

- Sales Closure: Proactively pursue and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust, identify opportunities for repeat business, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e. , sales operations, product, delivery) to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of our products/services to clients.

- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and refine our sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, with a track record of achieving targets.

- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and active listening abilities.

- Client Interaction & Negotiation: Confidence and proficiency in interacting with clients at various levels, building rapport, and effectively negotiating terms to close deals.

- Mindset: Goal-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to achieving results.

- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for managing leads, opportunities, and client interactions is a plus.
