- Has managed a team to execute BCM project for more than 2 years
- Have executed Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment alone and performed quality review of team members
- Proposed continuity strategy options based on cost benefit analysis
- Managed different kinds of continuity exercises and tests
- Should be able to drive top management meetings
- Ability to guide team to execute project with top quality
- Mentor and guide team
- Ability to conduct training for audience ranging from end user to top management
- Manage project and ensure quality of deliverables
- Able to conduct continuity review and audits
- Must have flair in understanding new technologies Skills - preferred CBCI, CBCP certified
- ISO 22301 LA/LI certified
- BCM experience of telecom, civil body at city level or state, aeronautics and logistic & supply chain
- Implemented ISO 22301 for organizations and got it certified
- Understanding and knowledge of cyber developments
- IT Disaster Recovery experiences
