Manager - Business Application


- Responsible for engagement with vendor & outsource resource management

- Should have team leading ability and able to collaborate with different business verticals & should demonstrate high level customer centricity.

- Managing business application projects for existing business and suggest improvements areas

- Evaluating & benchmarking technology path options, attending cross functional team / meeting and project supervision to ensure project timelines are adhered

- Ensuring the documentation of project and project frame work are adhered.

- Ensure effective implementation of Major initiative and achieving milestones as per desired norms

SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) :

Candidate must have a knowledge of platform built on following technologies :

- Oracle

- MS/ MY SQL

- Dot net application

- MVC / JAVA

- Mobile applications

- Added advantage if candidate has exposure to PowerBI / Tableu

EXPERIENCE :

- At least 3 -4 years in sales project implementation

- Preferably Hands on experience of implementing SFA and DMS solution

- Business process re-engineering/improvement/enhancement/standardisation experience of at least 2 years in Go-to-Market area

- Hands on experience in implementing mobile solutions for Sales & Marketing

- At least 1-2 years- experience implementing/working any reputed CRM tool

- Good experience of Project Management and IT Governance
