Job Description
Role - Manager - Business Applications
He/She will be responsible for the digital transformation of finance and operations functions at Beverages by leveraging the industry leading practices and platforms
Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, select, and implement new-age technology platforms that will transform the way we do business
- Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements
- Implementation of best-in-class ERP and Supporting systems
- Form professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Define and hold the KPIs and SLAs for projects and ops
Qualifications - MBA in Operations Management / CA / BE
- 8+ years of experience in CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, or relevant domains
Skills -:
- Through process understanding of procurement, supply-chain, manufacturing, and finance functions
- Ability to go beyond the requirements and identify the actual business problem
- Strategic thinking and be able to break down to action
- Prior experience of SAP implementation
- Prior Experience in implementation of systems such as Material Requisition Planning, Transport Management, Warehouse Management, Forecasting, Material Requisition Planning, production planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent at business requirements documentation
