Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Leading the team to deliver a project worth over 2 million USD to assess BI assets (CRs, Reports/Dashboards, KPIs &amp; Processes) and their utilization within the application landscape - Developing cross-sector understanding and culture to utilize the available assets in BI ecosystem - Defining Cross-sector terms and business glossary to have one language enterprise-wide - Leveraging existing tools/projects and ensuring alignment to clients AUV(Asset Utilization Vision) - Managing team collaboration to deliver insight on the current state of clients BI Assets and to assist on the gaps and the current maturity. - Overall deliverables broadly include Traceability Matrix, Insights, Gaps, Current State Assessment, Target State agreement, Initiatives, Roadmap. Additional deliverables include Data Profiling Tool (Prototype), NLP using python, Reports duplication engine using python
