We are hiring Business analysts / project managers for one of clients, an Investment bank in Bangalore. The candidates must have worked on projects related to transfer agency and the related tools. Please find the detailed JD:

Principal Responsibilities

- To be a technical and subject matter expert to support and complete business / client queries raised by the TA business teams via ERM. This will require expert TA business and system knowledge. The queries will come from all TA London and India teams, including TA I.T. Support

- To be a technical and subject matter expert on new business in TA and work with the UK TA change / BPA team on all fund activity projects, e.g. fund launches, fund activity, client onboarding, as prescribed by the home location using Sharepoint. Interacting with business teams and linked GFS departments.

- Complete and maintain client specific account set-up on all TA systems, including Icon Retail, PS Financials, Data Governance Tool, FAILS, EMX, EXP-AG

- Attend regular meetings with the UK TA Change Team

- Responsible for the rollout of agreed new procedures within the change team in consultation with the home location managers and team members

- Reviews existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommends where automation or improved processes can be implemented.

- Writes proposals and business requirements for system changes/enhancements. Implements new efficiencies to improve accuracy and timeliness and reduce costs and risk.

- Regression testing for large and small change projects/changes, including Icon Retail upgrades and document changes

- New Client / Fund activity / transition Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Client Joint UAT (JUAT)

- Interaction, with support from the London office, with external system providers

- Documents high level process flows for process improvements and systems changes to assist business areas with procedure development.

- Handholds staff on new process changes and new business / fund activity. Conducts post implementation reviews to ensure desired process goals are achieved.

- Management responsibilities:

- Lead the team in India in outstanding execution and delivery of services

- Use Project Management discipline for on-boarding of tasks and other functions to ensure risk mitigation and reporting

- Ensure transition of activities into the group are managed and are successfully implemented

- Ensure reporting is developed & completed accurately and within specified timeframes

- Deliver high quality service to customers by accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information

- Ensure all scorecards and report packages are entirely accurate- and delivered on time

- Organise workload and team members in an efficient and effective manner

- Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation

- Looks to automate and make the processes more efficient

- Focus on leading and developing people through continuous mentoring / coaching

- Lead major, complex and high-profile learning and development initiatives

- Provide objective and regular feedback to staff

- Conducts the full performance management process and works closely with their direct manager on staffing decisions
