Manager - Business Analyst - Life Insurance

We are hiring for a leading insurance company based out of Thane (Mumbai) location. Please find below the details.

Position:- Manager- Business Analyst

Exp:- 7 Years in

Location- Thane (Mumbai)

JD:

1. Strong understanding of applications and Life Insurance domain.

2. Main responsibilities to include web based application delivery, product set ups, regulatory reporting, automation, providing subject matter expertise to peripheral systems for project execution.

3. Act as business representative in IT function.

4. Should be able to commit timelines & adhere to the same.

5. Provide innovative inputs to user to maximize the utilization of applications.

6. Coordinate with users on Requirements gathering getting confirmation of firmed up requirements and then proceeding forward.

7. Should possess good project management knowledge.

8. Should be able to work in both SDLC and Dev-ops / Agile environment.

9. Understand the user requirements and designing the system functionality required document.

10. Responsible for creating Business Specifications based out of user requirements.

11. Work closely with Application analyst/Technical Consultant to get Functional Specs prepared in accordance with theuser Requirements.

12. Work in a team environment to ensure the successful implementation of design / functional requirements.

13. To act as a second level escalation of all App. Related problem and be a point to classify them as bug/user Error/enhancement.

14. Creating Test plans along with the testing team and coordinating the Acceptance and Unit Test cases.

15. Capable of reviewing program code and highlight the gaps.

Skills required:

- Strong Life Insurance Knowledge

- Should be minimum Licentiate

- Knowledge of SQL Query is preferred

Experience Range:7 - 12 years
