Manager - Business Analyst - Development

Job Description- Business Analyst (Development):

The selected candidate shall be primarily responsible for the following activities:

1. Interact with helpdesk, internal and external stake holders, regulatory bodies with regards to new products and functionalities.

2. Requirement gathering and bug fixes, project management, testing and Go Live of functionalities pertaining to the below applications:

- Retail and Institutional client trading application

- Web based Trading Application

- Mobile Trading Application

- Back Office Applications

3. Tracking regulatory changes and analyzing the impact of the same on the trading application

4. Monitoring Daily activities of Operations / Support teams and pre market checks

5. Building test cases and increasing application coverage in automation test suite.

6. Annual System audit, regulatory data requirements & reports, mitigation of system vulnerabilities raised by IT team

Candidate Skills - 

1. A minimum of 1-3 years of IT business analysis experience

2. Good problem solving and analytical skills

3. Working knowledge of capital markets, financial products and concepts

4. Recent exposure to the trade processing lifecycle

5. Experience of the full software development lifecycle

6. Experience with capturing and documenting user requirements, both explicit and implied

7. Experience of writing specifications so as to communicate effectively with a development team

8. Structured testing experience (write, execute and maintain test plans)

9. Knowledge of formal project planning and management techniques

10. Ability to work in an autonomous fashion with low-levels of management intervention

11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

12. Ready to work in Shifts
