Business Analyst Manager

- The individual is expected to help support the business through development of metrics and reporting solutions, data manipulation and in-depth analysis, apart from focusing on market trends and competitor analysis. This role will have a small to mid-sized team supporting the person.

- The ideal candidate should have an exceptional track record of working in an analytic environment, to be comfortable with data queries and analysis, competitive analysis and trend analysis.

- A successful candidate should have deep experience in evolving and expanding BI capabilities, utilizing, creating, and defining systems and processes to support growth.

- He/she should have a strong bias toward data driven analysis and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other.

- The incumbent will be an active collaborator with the business owners here and will be empowered to influence their plans and decisions. He/she should be able to juggle competing projects, define the road maps to support the business functions and work with the teams to solve complex problems.

As a Business Analyst Manager, your responsibilities will include :

- Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road maps

- Identifying, developing, managing and executing analysis to uncover areas of business opportunity

- Converting analysis into digestible business intelligence and actionable information

- Presenting written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.

- Learning and understanding a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use

- Continually improving ongoing reporting and analysis, automating or simplifying the processes

The environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, passionate about the customer and comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and worldwide.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position

- Experience in leading analytical teams and experience of planning and implementing analytical and reporting projects in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated project management skills

- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, data mining experience

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives

- Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms

- Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations

- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes and systems

- Preferred Qualifications

- MBA / Master's / Ph.D degree

- Experience working within a high-growth technology company

- Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring and maintaining top talent

- Experience leading small to mid-sized teams of experienced business analysts and engineers

- Experience working with Tableau, Qlikview or other analytical tools
