Manager - Business Analysis & Planning

The incumbent should be an MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant. He / She should have at least 5 years to 7years of post-qualification experience in Business Planning, Analysis, Strategy Formulation and Pricing in an FMCG / CPG/Pharmaceutical Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing insight sand present them in the form of reports, presentations, business case etc. Help formulate a robust business plan and develop ways / models for reviewing the performance. Contribute to achieving business objectives and driving operational efficiencies.

- Developing dashboards on performance matrices - volumes, market share, pricing, and revenue

- Developing analytical reports that help identify opportunities across markets

- Developing formats & presentations to effectively depict trends, & issues

- Presenting analysis in the form of reports & presentations

- Identifying gaps through data crunching & Analysis

- MIS reporting

- Delivering scheduled reports for regular measurement of business performance.

- Populate standardized templates/scorecards to prepare for exec meetings and other milestones on the planning calendar.

- Handling ad-hoc analysis based on prevailing priorities

- Analysing Industry information & provide scenarios for market share projections

- Evaluating sales performance and market share trends across Channels, Geographies, Packs, Types of Outlets etc.

- Analysis of BTL and trade marketing spends

- Deciphering key industry sales trends

- Contribute in developing annual volume & net sale plans & LE working

- Developing track & review reports for NPDs, battlegrounds etc

- Helps translates objectives and plans into TO-DO action list

- Provide updates on KPIs, battlegrounds
