Manager - Business Analysis - BFS

- Support the COO by facilitating business decision making through effective data collection, analysis & generate solutions for various business issues

- Prepare budgets / trackers; monitor budget v/s actuals, provide necessary inputs for critical decisions, control costs & overheads

- Review MIS on business plans prepared by individual Centre's and prepare summary MIS to highlight any deviations from pre-defined targets

- Mediator between COO and HODs to resolve issues & implement corporate interventions

- Attend Meetings with COO to understand the progress & critical aspects of business; track meetings & progress on the minutes

- Track status of all projects & opportunities and submit timely & detailed MIS

- Prepare detailed spreadsheets & presentations for top management meetings

- Work closely with Internal senior leadership teams of various functions like Centre Directors, Project Heads, HODs, Vendors / External Consultants

- Great Analytical & presentation skills and assertive personality

MBA-F, 3-4 years experience, 28-30 years' of age
