Manager - Business & Alliance - FinTech - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Opening for Manager-Business & Alliance in Fin-Tech Company based at Mumbai

Role & Responsibility : 

- Leading Insurance product development, enhancement and new partnerships

- Work closely with Management to deliver on project run in collaboration with various Government agencies like dissemination of financial services through Government networks

- Assisting in end-to-end project delivery including new product launches, business transformation and strategic projects

- Fully capable of making all aspects of the business run more efficiently and profitably along Day-to-day involvement in new product development, product launch strategies, marketing, sales, finance and IT processes.

- Be the first point of contact for partners and engage for all requirements - compliance, accounts, escalations, reporting

- Take ownership and drive deployment of new transaction products

- Work with the Leadership and external partners to develop new programs - alliances, use cases, focused deployments - within product lines that will lead to overall growth in business

- Interface with Sales team to identify product gaps and new features for products selling

- Ensure complete documentation of products being managed and regular updates to the Leadership

- Develop a review mechanism for processes, policies, systems to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects

Preferred Skills:

- MBA or Master's Degree in Finance from a premier B-School

- 2+ years of hands on experience in developing products, managing P&Ls and creating, managing and optimizing processes

- Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading projects under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments

- Excellent interpersonal skills: able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence

- Exposure to Financial services setup including insurance and banking products
