Job Responsibilities: - - To design &amp; implement marketing programs supporting sales acquisition targets. - Responsible for preparing and executing the BTL marketing calendar including (but not limited to). - Ensure cost-effective deployment of visibility collateral, signage, events &amp; outdoors - Monitoring of Outdoor campaigns - Required to take ownership and to work with different teams to maintain a smooth presence offline. - Planning &amp; Implementing innovative solutions analyzing the competition - Strategic planning and implementation around important occasions and special projects - Visit market frequently explore the options being used by competitors - Maintain proper tracking and auditing process - Creating Pool of right vendors, bill processing and timely payments - Corporate kiosks. - Local ad-hoc marketing. - Manage brand delivery across all BTL channels. - Work with different teams to come up with promotional materials for marketing, keeping in mind their effectiveness, cross-selling implications while adhering to brand guidelines. - Responsible for identifying and closing strategic local partnership opportunities. - Keep innovating with new marketing ideas/channels. - Measure and track all marketing activity. Analyze and derive inferences for meeting set ROI and KPIs
