Key Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for effectively building and growing the brand in India, and successfully launching products to help achieve business targets and create brand awareness.

In addition, the role-holder is responsible for the conceptualizing, planning, coordinating and managing campaigns and brand awareness programs across print, social, digital media.

The role-holder also looks after corporate communications.

1. Plan marketing initiatives and events aimed at enhancing brand performance

- Develop marketing and branding plan for Tractor brand, in line with sales plan and ensure enhance brand awareness

- Develop and implement the budget for the marketing communication and branding activities . Track and report utilisation

- Develop and implement planning for various events like Road shows, Farmers meets, Demos, Local Melas, Customer meets

- Plan for brand visibility during launch and post launch, including at any events (e.g. Road shows, Farmers meets events, Local melas, etc.)

- Organise all marketing and branding activities for increasing brand awareness through corporate ads, re-connectivity of farmers through advertising, hoardings etc.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues to support brand management planning and initiatives

- Ensure brand identity, consistency and integrity across products, advertising, and all other internal and external communication

2. Responsible for Campaign management - coordination for the advertisements and newsletters to be released

- Manage the day-to-day coordination related to brand programs (such as time management, budget allocation) including preparation of creatives and marketing collaterals

- Responsible for the production of advertisements (print, TV, radio, etc.), brochures, websites, Product leaflets, Product releases and exhibition stands

- Ensure timely festival releases, concept finalization as per the season / festival, choosing the right media, radio communication (on-air) and right mix of the print vs. radio media

- Responsible for releasing the newsletters, on a quarterly basis and providing inputs for the newsletter on the basis of interactions with customers / dealers

- Coordinate and work with the media agency for monthly updates on the newsletters to customers and overseeing the preparation and publication of the newsletter

3. Planning and development of the digital strategy

- Plan the marketing strategy for the digital media with an aim to improve brand awareness and customer connect. Select appropriate digital media partners and manage relationships with identified partners

- Coordinate and maintain effective relationship with digital marketing agencies, social media agencies etc. for all branding and communication activities and ensure activities are in line with the overall plan

- Collaborate with agencies for effectively managing and developing online brand and product campaigns in order to raise brand awareness through various activities such as SEO etc.

- Responsible for integration of the digital marketing such as social media integration (i.e., Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn) website updating, events and promotion on digital platforms

- Maintain updated information regarding technology and products on the company website, ensure product demo and other educational videos are updated on YouTube

- Connect with and maintain relationships with corporate and government personnel through LinkedIn

4. Coordinate for setting up of Customer Centre and monitor Brand Performance

- Undertake projects like setting up a Customer Centre and establish processes for the Customer Centre, in line with organizational guidelines

- Provide for and manage the operations of toll free call centre for customer issues

- Oversee the daily operations and activities of the Customer Centre, ensuring effective utilisation of the Centre resources and compliance to the policies and guidelines of the organization

- Monitor and analyse brand performance with regards to organizational goals (brand awareness, profitability, etc.) also evaluate with regards to competition

- Deliver internal and external presentations regarding new product launches, marketing material, business objective and communication strategy

- Prepare MIS and reports as needed and provide to the management.
