Annual Marketing Plans - Develop of Annual calendar of Brand marquee properties
Brand strategy - To derive the Brand strategy for the year and creating different aspects through touch points and create incremental hike in the Brand Recall for the Mother brand.
Media Buying - To create a media plan for the Marquee and Regional properties and buying to promote the Brand.
Managing Brand Equity - Worked closely with advertising sales, Programming teams, Finance and promotional agencies to establish and ensure a continuity of positioning, brand values and message across communication
Market Research - For Radio Industry there are two tools RAM (Radio Audience Measurement) and Third party research agencies, Closely worked with the research agencies and keeping close eye on RAM to see the consumer behavior and market trends, Close coordination with each of the programming team at different stations on refreshing or reviving the content as per the market trends and research analysis, Spontaneous execution during the research findings on the content and BTL properties Creative, trade & Events agencies - Brief and liaise with Trade, Creative and event agencies on the conceptualization, creation, production and execution of all related activities and monitor effectiveness, From agency briefs to creative coordination meeting the deadlines for the BTL activities and activations

Managing ATL & BTL activation and Events - Co-ordination with the ad agencies, PR and vendor management, On-ground production, Set ups to managing the post evaluation presentations for the sponsor clients.
Campaign Planning- On the basis of Research findings and Brand Strategy plans of the campaign to conceptualize and keeping the Annual marketing budgets in tact and leveraging the property On-air and On-ground with the maximum exposure and Brand integrations
Branding & Visibility - Creating consistent Brand visibility through year long barter tie ups with malls, cabs, OOH, digital space
