Job Description :
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Brand Communications Marketing Professional capable of driving Social Media to join our marketing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Brand Development campaigns for the various verticals/business lines of PropertyPistol, social media strategies, managing our online presence, promoting our corporate brand, and driving Syndicate app marketing initiatives.
- Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing the brand identity of our franchise offices and supporting their marketing efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Communication development
- Media Planning and Buying ATL and BTL
- Spearhead Internal stakeholder communication management
- Vendor Management and negotiations
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Drive app marketing initiatives to increase app downloads, user engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand identity of franchise offices, ensuring consistency with the corporate brand.
- Provide marketing support and guidance to franchise offices, assisting them in implementing effective local marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations about the company, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for social media platforms.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry experts to expand the company's reach and enhance brand reputation.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, app download metrics, and franchise office marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in social media management, corporate brand marketing, app marketing, and franchise office brand development, preferably in the real estate or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for each platform.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, app marketing strategies, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and app marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
