Brand Marketing :

- Natural proclivity to understand consumer insights intricately and improving the customer experience, therefore upping the NPS score.

- Own New Product Development for various sub brands that Healthskool plans to launch- from brand positioning, packaging & visual identity to driving the overall Go to Market strategy.

- Work closely with a Brand Design agency to manage output delivery for all elements of Visual Identity and own the Brand Guardrails book as a Bible for all B2C communications.

- Ideating and Launching Campaigns for various Business Priorities/Ideas and converting them into healthy sales.

- Overseeing Creative Development efforts for Social Media Ads across various formats.

- Social Growth: Scaling Engagement and Followership for Healthskool

- PR: Ability to define scope and manage output for a PR agency.

- Proven Ability to drive Email Marketing, App Download campaigns and Pop/Push comms.

Growth Marketing

- Paid Search: Adept at various elements of PPC campaigns- text as well as display ads

- Paid Social: Adept at running various formats of SMM campaigns especially within Facebook & Instagram and experienced in scaling orders whilst reducing CAC. Prospecting as well as Remarketing.

- Organic: Knowhow of scaling organic traffic, both by driving content as well as articulating Tech SEO prioritization.

- Content: Hiring and managing agencies to produce cutting edge, SEO friendly content for Product Pages helping Healthskool rank atop for focus keywords. Also, involves driving Content Marketing for scaling backlinks footprint

Offline Marketing :

Ideal Candidate Archetype :

- Good blend of Left Brained and Right Brained

Experience (Quantity):

- About 6-8 years of total work experience, but flexible to a little higher or lower for the right fit.

- Ideally 3-4 years in a Digital Consumer brand in growth stage.

Experience (Quality):

- Has scaled Performance Marketing in a consumer-tech start-up with intricate understanding of Paid Search as well as Paid Social.

- Strong exposure to setting up and scaling Brand campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital).

- Healthcare sector experience is good-to-have

Skills:

- Strong Stakeholder Management,

- Strong at Storytelling & Articulation (Written + Verbal),

- Data driven decision making,

- Structured Problem-Solving skills

- Attitude: Go Getter, Hustler, Get-shit done, Can work independently with limited supervision, Extremely results driven,

- Education: MBA is a good to have, so is a Masters from US/UK.

- Location: This role is based in New Delhi at our HQ in Okhla, South Delhi
