We are hiring for a Brand & Marketing professional. This role reports into Business Head of the organization.

Prerequisite:

We are hiring only from Luxury background and 2nd preference from Fashion Lifestyle

Main Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning:

- Development and executes strong brand plans and aligned other functions for executing. Tracks and monitors the performance, health, and strategic alignment.

- Understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key locations.

- Translate brand strategy into business plans, go-to-market strategies and marketing activity calendar

- Develop brand marketing strategy and execution plans based on category strategy, annual budgets, overall sales, margins and market share targets, brand focus and present to Dept Head.

- Develop, qualifies and implements insight-driven marketing ideas, concepts and innovations across all aspects of marketing mix.

- Advertising and Media, lead development and deployment of superior consumer communications across all advertising and media channels.

- Build annual brand portfolio growth plans to achieve the brand growth targets.

- Develop the Marketing Mix for the category to include the products, communication platform, category guidelines and key communication element.

- Represent the consumer within the company and own category conversion, category P&L as a metric.

- Develops consumer portrayal, consumer engagement funnel for their brand.

- Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation, executes Innovation, maintains brand communication for the brand.

- Competition analysis & study of industry trends to provide key inputs for conceptualization, Communication of the products in the category.

- Design the GTM and scale up for new categories.

- Define clear metrics for the category/sub-category success and build sustainable
programs to structurally drive the same across the organization.

Consumer Centric :

- Roles involving consumer first thinking - Brand Management.

- Research, Analysis & Insights - Consumer insights, Research, Product Strategy, Market Knowledge.

- Applying consumer research, internal and external understanding, data, intuition, creating relevant categories and sub-categories for Brand to help build deeper understanding of the consumers, their behaviors, needs / wants across different occasions.
