Job Title : Brand Marketing Manager

- Career Leap is looking for an experienced, dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead and manage the overall branding and marketing efforts of the company.


- As a one-member team, you will be responsible for growing & managing every aspect of branding and marketing, including brand strategy, messaging, advertising, PR, digital marketing, community engagement & events.


- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic marketing plan that increases our brand awareness and drives growth.


- The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, capable of working independently and taking initiative, should have a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth.

- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including creating and publishing engaging content to increase digital presence across all platforms.

- Create and manage all marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.

- Create and manage the marketing plan and budget to meet growth objectives.

- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, community, and events.

- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through effective demand generation programs, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, creativies, content copies, case studies, and other creative assets to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall company vision and objectives .

- Implementing ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns to increase reach and awareness.

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to improve ROI and KPIs

- Continuously research, track and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

Requirements :

- A Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Previous experience with ed-tech marketing will be a plus.

- 1-5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in growing marketing efforts and increasing brand awareness.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding and marketing campaign development and execution.

- Proficiency with advanced marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Canva, adobe creative suite and chatgpt.

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative is a must

- Strong analytical skills, with an affinity for data-driven thinking.

- Creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.

- Compensation will not be a problem for the right fit.
