Manager - Brand Activation - FMCG (7-15 yrs)

Develop and manage the Activation Annual Plan in line with Brand and Sales Priorities:

- Drive Visibility along with Channel Managers and Support in Creative and Execution Management for both TT and MT across store classification in line with the annual plan, support in budget management, vendor management, and TAT a well as creative execution

- Brand Event Management: Key Brand Events Planning in collaboration with brand managers as well as managing execution end to end for the same eg. Snack Party with Neutrinos

- Wet Sampling: Plan and Manage Wet Sampling across channels along with KAMs and Work towards increasing awareness through sampling at the point of sales. Spearhead the sampling through 3P Vendor end to end to manage quality and quantity efficacy as per plan

- In-Store Activation: Conceptualising and executing as per brand calendar initiatives all Modern Trade In-Store Activation like Meet Celebrity/Win Prizes Contests, On Spot gratification contests, etc.

- End-to-end ownership of Budget to execution cycle on planned events to support the messaging calendar. Lead Internal Alignments within the department as well as sales

- Developing, Co-ordinating, and Executing POSM Calendar. Testing Innovative POSM to support Sales requirements

- Mass Sampling: Conceptualising and Manage the 50+ Mass Sampling events calendar set up across top markets

Activations and BTL Vendor Management:

- End to end centralized and decentralized vendor management to get effective quality and budget management

- Quality Reviews across

- New Vendor identification induction to meet brand priorities

- Accountability management with all Vendors

Additional Brand Responsibilities

- BTL Cluster Marketing to deliver impetus for consideration and purchase in identified clusters for Demand Generation Activities

- Support Brand Team for on-ground execution of ATL/Digital media legs

- Inculcate insights of lead activation buckets from brand track and plan accordingly

- Activity success criteria setting and post review alignment across initiatives

Requirements:

- Masters degree in business administration or equivalent

- Must have: 7 + Years of Work Experience in FMCG Activation; Similar geographic spread with deep experience in BTL Activation

Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external):

- Has Led Activation for 2+ years.

- 1-2 years of sales experience will be an added advantage
