BPO Sales Manager

Scrabble has been mandated to recruit Sales Manager for a young Virtual Assistant platform based in Bangalore.

Prerequisites are :

- Enterprise Sales professionals with 8-12 yrs of relevant experience

- BPO sales experience is highly desired

- 5+ years leadership experience successfully building relationships with internal and external clients.

- Experience directing strategies for new sales.

- Can professionally draft and deliver proposals, both internally and externally.

- Solid outsourced Contact Center and BPO management experience with inbound, outbound, chat, and email.

- Experience of building successful working relationships with C-level executives.

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are a must

Your Role will be :

- Responsible for leading sales for BPO services to new clients across various industry verticals.

- Generate leads; develop targets into clients and meet revenue quotas as assigned for Sales.

- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through Industry relationships, phone/social media prospecting, marketing and.

- Make pitches and overseeing the proposal/ RFP process.

- Partner with Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions.

- Identifying potential areas of growth for current clients. Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Management; Operations and other departments to ensure the client's expectations are being met or exceeded.
