Role :&nbsp; - Provide expert advisory services to global HR and Finance teams on all topics related to employee benefits. - Advise local offices in their benefit practices and ensure compliance with global guidelines, - Partner with other country offices to evaluate, benchmark, interpret and recommend modifications to current benefit programs and policies. - Support new business initiatives by researching market, conducting benchmarking and developing recommendations for benefit offering. Experience :&nbsp; - 8+ years of relevant experience either from a top-tier benefits consulting firm or a global benefits role in a large MNC.
